Uptake output
Experimental quantification of peptide cellular uptake is costly, time-consuming, and highly condition-dependent. POSEIDON removes this bottleneck, given nothing more than aย peptide sequence, it delivers in silico uptake predictions across a broad panel of cancer cell lines, accounting for experimental conditions, peptide modifications, and cargo attachments.
Available Features
- Sequence-only input: A single amino acid sequence is all that’s needed to generate predictions
- 26+ tissue types: Predict uptake across a broad panel including breast, lung, glioma, and leukaemia
- Experimental conditions: Customise concentration (ฮผM), incubation time, temperature, and cyclisation
- 60+ cargo options: Attach up to two cargos, from fluorescent dyes to therapeutic payloads such as DOX and siRNA
- D-amino acid support: Specify positional D-amino acid substitutions for non-natural peptide variants
- Anomalous substitutions: Account for non-standard amino acids including beta-alanine, Aib, and PEG linkers
